The registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions and workshops from 6th to 8th October, lunches and coffee-breaks on all days of the conference and one ticket to the Welcome Reception on 5th October.

All registration forms must be accompanied by the appropriate payment in order to secure place. Registration forms without payment will not be accepted.

Full time students (undergraduate and health professionals in their immediate post-graduate training) can benefit from the student fee (250 euros). Student fee registration must be accompanied by proof of status. Otherwise, application can not be accepted.

Registration fees for Pre-conference courses on Sunday 5th October ("Pharmacovigilance, from fundamental basis to practice" and “Drug-related Risk Management”) are not included in the conference fee. Please note that if you register for a Pre-conference course only you will not be attending the Welcome Reception.

Gala Dinner: Gala Dinner ticket is not included in the registration fees. An additional ticket of 75 euros must be paid.

Confirmation of Booking

Written confirmation will be sent by e-mail to all registered delegates. You will have a receipt of payment at the Conference. If you need a receipt before the meeting, please contact ISoP 2008 General Secretariat secretaria@mariagraziani.com

Bursaries

• ISoP Grants for emerging countries: The ISoP Grant Committee has prepared a procedure for grants that will cover some travel/accommodation expenses and fees from emerging countries.  For requirements, please click here.

• A limited number of half bursaries for residents in Argentina and Latin-American countries are available upon request for:

-  Attendance to the pre-conference course (5th October) “Pharmacovigilance: from fundamental basis to practice” (only for government, academic and hospitals staff professionals. Industry staff excluded from these half-bursaries

- Attendance to the conference (6th, 7th and 8th October) for all delegates presenting abstracts (only for government, academic and hospitals staff professionals. Industry staff excluded from these half-bursaries.

Cancellations 

Registration fees – cancellation of individual registration bookings received in writing by the secretariat will be refunded after the conference at the following rates:

• Before 30th June – 50 % of the registration fee refunded
• Between 1st July and 31st August – 25% of the registration fee refunded
• After 1st September we regret no refund can be made. Name substitutions can be made at any time.

All refunds will be made after the meeting.

The Conference Secretariat, ISoP and the Sociedad Argentina de Farmacovigilancia Asociación Civil reserve the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables or plans relating directly or indirectly to the conference or Exhibition, for any cause beyond their reasonable control. The Conference Secretariat, ISoP or the Sociedad Argentina de Farmacovigilancia Asociación Civil are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alterations. Participants are advised to take out their own travel insurance and to extend their personal policy to cover personal possessions: the conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft of belongings.

In the event that the Meeting is cancelled by the organizers, or cannot take place for any reason outside the control of the organizers, the registration fee will be refunded in full. The liability of the organizers shall be limited to that refund and the organizers shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, howsoever caused, incurred or arising.

The Sociedad Argentina de Farmacovigilancia Asociación Civil and ISoP 2008 General Secretariat acting on behalf of ISoP, will hold and process your personal details on their database for the sole purpose of administrating the ISoP 2008 conference. This information is necessary for the legitimate management of this conference. Please advice the ISoP 2008 Secretariat   should any of your details change.
